SALVAGNINI P2XE PANEL BENDER

Advanced Salvagnini P2Xe panel bender with ABA system makes it possible to change the tools automatically with no need to stop the process and calibrate the machine.

 

New technology  provides constant, automatic and very precise manufacture of the final product, hence from the moment the machine is fed with proper sheet metal there is no for human intervention. As the process is fully automatic, it guarantees highest quality and precision of details.

 

Thanks to automatic plastic machining of sheet metal using  integrated P2Xe ABA module, it is possible to obtain wide range of shapes and bends, which bending brakes and flanging machines would not be able to perform e.g.:

 

– first bend is performed at an angle of 180 degrees (safe edges straight and negative),
– bending to form closed profile,
– arch bending,
– bending of e.g. hinges,
– greater range of bending elements,
– adjusted number of bends performed on each of 4 sides,
– any number of bends on each side,
– possible bending of painted or coated stainless steel sheet metal,
– interpolation-like movement of bending punches reduce the risk of imprints left on the sheet,
– stroke rotation by 90o, 180o  270.

LS – Upper bending blade
Bending blade can perform negative bend reaching -135º in a single step. Maximum thickness of incoming sheet:

CLA – auxiliary control blade
Thanks to this option with numerical control, one or two auxiliary blades can be positioned along the lower blade to modify bend profile during the bending process.
Bending blades are optional.
