history since 1990

For years, we have been ensuring that being a metal furniture manufacturer we meet the criteria of the highest quality, meet the real needs of its users and keep up with technological developments and the changing requirements of our customers

We started exporting our products in 2001, serving customers not only from Europe but also from other continents. The share of exports in the total sales of our products amounts to a minimum of 30 % and is constantly growing.

The vision on which we build our brand is that of a modern company that is a responsible business partner, a reliable supplier, an honest customer and employer.

Establishment

Establishment of P. W. Techmark, a civil partnership based in Antoniewo. Started first production facility, which initially housed a small carpentry shop

First products

One of Techmark's first products: file cabinets on a metal frame were made to order for PKO B.P. s.a. at 15 Kościuszki Avenue in Łódź. Apart from carpentry furniture, the company also manufactured components for textile machines and prototypes of the first metal products, such as office table frames, safes and office cupboards.

1994

Rapid growth

Due to the growing interest in our metal products, we started a small welding shop at the Antoniewo plant. The production of metal products dominated Techmark's other products, and we began to manufacture them on an increasingly large scale. At first, these were mainly table frames and shelving, but over time we developed further models of safes and office cabinets. Some of the products manufactured at that time, in new construction solutions, can still be found in our permanent offer today

1994

New headquarters

Following the purchase of an administrative, production and warehouse property with an area of over 2,000 m, the company's headquarters were relocated to Aleksandrów Łódzki, where the company's head office is still located today. After adaptation work, production and office premises were located on the site and a new powder paint shop was launched

Modernisation

We carried out a major architectural refurbishment of the production building and shed, gaining additional storage space

ISO 9001

Obtaining the first ISO 9001 Certificate. We are still working with this Quality Assurance System and the certification is continuously updated and supervised according to the TIC procedure.

2004

Poznań Trade Fair

Techmark exhibited for the first time at the Poznan Trade Fair (Poznan Furniture Fair)

2008-2012

Supported workplace status

All the company's facilities have been adapted - taking into account architectural requirements - to meet the needs of people with disabilities. Between 2008 and 2012, Techmark had the status of a sheltered workshop. People with disabilities made up more than 40% of the company's workforce during this period.

Ecological solutions

We have introduced solutions to automate the painting process with a powder recovery system, thereby improving the quality and efficiency of the process and taking greater care of the environment.

Implementation of a web-based B2B system

Implementation of a web-based B2B class system (ENOVA) integrating business processes in cooperation with cooperating partners.

Commissioning of the state-of-the-art Salvagnini P2Xe bending centre

Started the first Salvagnini P2Xe bending centre with ABA system in Poland. Automatic sheet metal forming on the integrated P2Xe ABA module, allows for a wide range of workpiece shapes, as well as the highest level of automation in the production process.

As part of the expansion of its machine park, Techmark has purchased a new GÖTENEDS flanging and bending machine.
